Timothy Sloan PA-C

Tim has extensive experience as a Cardiology PA (Physician Assistant) and as a registered nurse. After completing his education and training to become a certified Physician Assistant at University of North Dakota in 2002, Tim has been active in caring for cardiac and vascular patients as a PA for nearly a decade. He is an integral part of Same Day HeartCare.

Danielle Martin, NP-C

Danielle Martin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University. Through working as a nurse on an Intermediate Intensive Care Unit (IICU) for the past eight years she gained an incredible amount of knowledge through innumerable experiences working with critically-ill patients. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as an Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and her passion for cardiology has drawn her to join the practice.

Hannah Jang, NP-C

Hannah Jang is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She has extensive experience as a nurse practitioner and as a Registered Nurse over 15 years. She received her bachelor of science in nursing at Shamyook University in Korea and her master of science as a family nurse practitioner from the College of New Jersey. Her passion is in primary care and cardiology.

Haley Warnemuende, NP-C

Haley Warnemuende is a dually certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to graduate school, she initially worked as a bedside Certified Nursing Assistant and then became a Registered Nurse on a cardiology unit for a total of 8 years, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge along the way. She has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Delta College and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ferris State University. With her nursing experience and qualifications, she is dedicated to providing compassionate person-centered care with a passion in Cardiology.

Christina Kim, NP-C

Jiyeon Kim is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from the School of Nursing at University of Michigan. She has versatile work experiences as an RN at cardiology, SICU and labor and delivery room for 6 years. The FNP program inspired Jiyeon to pursue a career concentrating in cardiology and primary care. She is dedicated to improving the health literacy of population in Lansing area.
